Il Neuchâtel ha ingaggiato per la prossima stagione Noé ANABIR, 1995, 203 cm, ruolo 3-4 che la scorsa stagione ha giocato al Monthey. Dopo aver iniziato nel cantone Ginevra( UGS, Champel, Meyrin e struttura ACGBA) ha debuttato in Lega Nazionale nella sagione 2011-2012 con il Meyrin in LNB. Fa tre stagioni e poi passa LNA al Ginevra. Nel 2015 parte per gli USA dove ha frequentato due Juinor College (Northwest Kansas Technical College e Mesa College) e poi due anni all'Università NCAA1 di Youngstown. Torna in Svizzera nel 2019. È nazionale svizzero U20 e U18.
